Our mission is to empower girls with the values, skills, and opportunities needed to make a positive impact in their communities and beyond.
The Girls Hub envisions raising resilient, purposeful, and influential girls who thrive in all walks of life. Officially registered in 2020 under Responsible Teens Academy, The Girls Hub gained independence as an organization in 2025. Our founder, Etima Umeh, identified a significant gap in knowledge, guidance, and accountability among this age group through nearly two decades of interaction and was inspired to teach girls to make informed decisions.
With over 5,000 lives transformed through our impactful programs, many of our mentees have become peer mentors and youth leaders, blazing trails and setting the pace globally. Our diverse programs include one-on-one mentorship, The Girls Hub community for building self-esteem and life skills, learning acceleration initiatives, resources in both digital and print formats, online courses, pre-recorded videos, and boot camps. We also engage the community through channels like the Global Teens Conference, Midday Midweek Talkshow, and Heart to Heart Conversations.
